We are nearing the end of our strategic planning process and want to hear more of your thoughts before the five-year plan is finalized. Jennifer Shropshire, the consultant who has been partnering with us throughout the planning process, is holding three one-hour focus group sessions.

The DRAFT strategic plan, which we ask you to review carefully, will be provided about a week before your session. Jennifer will ask you for high-level reactions such as “What excites you most about this strategic plan?” and “What, if anything, is missing from this strategic plan?”
