As President of CREW Greater Philadelphia, I am excited to be part of this incredible organization and I invite you to join us as we work together to create an environment where success is defined by collaboration and inclusiveness. As we look to the future, I am committed to upholding the mission, vision and core values of CREW Greater Philadelphia.
The importance of staying connected and reconnecting has never been more essential. CREW Greater Philadelphia is the perfect place to do just that! Our organization is dedicated to creating meaningful relationships, professional development and advocating for the advancement of women in the commercial real estate industry.
Our new Strategic Plan will launch in 2023 and includes a variety of initiatives. Our Strategic Plan has been created to ensure that our members have the support and resources they need to succeed in their commercial real estate endeavors, and frames three goals:
- Greater Possibility & Impact – Targeted growth in membership will enable more women to thrive in commercial real estate for the benefit of individuals, their firms, and the industry as a whole.
- Member Advancement & Industry Influence – An array of member-centered programs will meet needs at all career stages, providing industry knowledge, fueling career trajectories, and facilitating member-to-member business.
- Strong Engagement – Active commitment to lead and advance skill-building and philanthropic goals will help ensure continued relevance, deepen a culture of inclusivity, and sustain pathways for the next generation of women.
We are also committed to providing our members with access to the best industry resources, the most innovative technology, and the most current market insights. We have many committees that you can get involved with.
Our committees provide networking, programming, professional development, recruit members and sponsors, engage in student outreach, recognize and celebrate member accomplishments, and move our CREW forward.
Time and effort required in a committee may be small, medium or large – depending on your preference, specific tasks at hand, and the committee’s unique purpose. Committee members and co-chairs tell me the value they receive is multiples on the effort they put in. I encourage you to take advantage of these valuable networking opportunities to build long-lasting connections. In addition, our members have access to the many resources of CREW Network, an organization with over 12,000 members worldwide, to help them achieve success in their commercial real estate endeavors.
