Congratulations to the members who committed to further developing key leadership skills. This high-quality programming was spearheaded by long-time chapter member and contributor Rebecca Udell.
The 2022 Leadership Program provided opportunities for participants at all stages of their career to develop skills through the creation of a personal leadership growth plan, and to expand their networks and connections to further their career goals.
This program was open to all current members who were interested in building their credentials and investing in their careers.
The year-long program included:
- An initial networking kick-off reception with program cohorts and Board members
- Four facilitated professional development sessions throughout the year
- A lessons-learned roundtable discussion and completion ceremony
