As I reflect on the first few months of 2022, I am blown away by all that this fabulous group of women I collaborate with has accomplished in just one quarter! I truly appreciate every single one of our members and our leadership for their continued contributions to make us #Greater in every way.
Getting involved in one of our five standing committees is a wonderful way to broaden your network, gain valuable leadership experience and form lasting friendships. Our committees and leadership work together to make our chapter what we have become today, the premier networking organization in Greater Philadelphia, dedicated to advancing women in #CRE. Membership, Corporate Engagement, Events, Outreach & Communications are always looking for creative, involved members and leaders to assist us with this mission.
We also have an active group of sub-committees that might pique your interest. In addition to our Annual Fall Luncheon Committee, you can join the Golf Committee, the Clay Shoot Committee, the Mentorship Task Force or the DEI Task Force.
Building the next generation of leadership in CREW Greater Philadelphia is a passion of mine. To facilitate this effort, we have an active group of members that are attending the CREW Network leadership summits in Tampa and Indianapolis this year, in addition to the national convention in Chicago this fall. There are countless opportunities for our members to get involved with other chapters in our area and around the world. Personally, I am planning to visit the newest chapter to join the Network in Paris, France!
We have just begun to roll out a fantastic 2022, so it isn’t too late to join, be involved, be a leader, a mentor, a partner, a friend. How can we help you advance your personal and career goals this year?
