March 9, 2022

Research paper cover page A Catalyst for Change COVID-19's Impact on Women in Commercial Real EstateCREW Greater Philadelphia held a CREW Network whitepaper discussion March 3, based on the research study "A Catalyst for Change: COVID-19's Impact on Women in Commercial Real Estate."

CREW Network is the world’s leading producer of research on gender and diversity in commercial real estate through CREW Network Foundation, the only Foundation dedicated solely to advancing women in commercial real estate. This organization develops research papers annually and publishes a benchmark study every five years to provide valuable insights and data focused on gender equity and diversity and inclusion, as well as closing the compensation and advancement gaps for women.

It is through donations to CREW Network Foundation that these studies can be developed, which inform the industry and mark the progress of women in commercial real estate. Every CREW member across the globe has access to these important papers.

The pandemic had a tremendous impact on everyone and "A Catalyst For Change" highlights those felt by women in CRE, and also offers actions for for recovery and positive change.

Thank you to Jennifer Mazawey, CREW Network Foundation Leadership Champion Director for presenting the material, and Diversified Group for donating the meeting space and lunch.
