The Deal
CREW Philadelphia Member Mia McKay and CREW Atlanta Member Rayan Hart-Culberson were successfully able to partner this past year in not only 1 but 2 deals in Pennsylvania. Thanks to the CREWbiz Community, Mia & Rayan were able to connect and conclude a hotel transaction located in Lehigh County, PA as well as 3 parcels in Philadelphia for Park ‘N Fly, Inc. The total value of both transactions $21 million.
Both transactions closed successfully. The Lehigh County hotel closed in 2018 and the Park ‘N Fly, Inc closed in 2019.
