The Deal
Tina represented Equus Capital Partners, Ltd. in the acquisition of two Class A office buildings in Texas: Lincoln Legacy, a 207,834 square-foot building located in Plano, Texas and Rambler Park, a 310,771 square-foot building located in Dallas, Texas.
Lynn works in the legal department of Equus assisting on all phases of the acquisition and financing including coordinating due diligence and closing.
Tina and Lynn worked together closely to close on the acquisition and financing of both properties.
